Method 1- You can go to your local Wal Mart, Rite Aid or Walgreens and purchase a prepaid credit/debit card for 3-5 dollars. Start a new netflix account with your email and the number from one of the purchased credit/debit cards. You now will have a free month of Netlix, when the month is over, start a new account with a different email and get another free month trial. (I can confirm this works, I have done this numerous times.)

Method 2- First, start 2 paypal account with 2 separate emails. Next go to Netflix.com and start a new account using one of the email addresses used on paypal. When you get to the payment method part of the account sign up select pay with paypal instead. You will be asked to sign in to your paypal account. After signing in to paypal you will be returned back to Netflix to finish the account sign up. When you are finished entering the information you should now have 1 free month of Netflix to stream on your Xbox/PS3/Wii. After your free month is over, repeat the same steps again just using the 2nd email and 2nd paypal account and enjoy another free month of Netflix. (I can confirm this works on a paypal account)
