Hey guys,just wanted to know which gaming headset is the best,please suggest good ones.

i've had many headsets and so far the TurtleBeach X11 Earforce has lasted the longest. don't go getting those "official" headsets i.e. from Game/GameStation or Argos (i'm from uk and those brands arent always so good). Just depends on preference.

Mine have lasted the longest and are great for noise cancellation, changing between chat/game and can be used with my pc. downside is you also have to connect it via a USB port for it to get any power. If you wanna risk paying £40 then go for it, but i would say be careful with the cables as the one that connects to the 360 controller is short and detachable, can may get broke if your rough

Ive tried many of the major brand name headsets, such as Tritton, Astro A40's and different types of turtle beaches. In my opinion the Astros are my favorite in terms of sound quality but the mic on the turtle b's is way better quality and if you get the x11's you dont need to worry about changing the batteries every few hours... well thats if you play as long as i do xD the trittons however i dont enjoy, they feel awkward on my head and just feel too big Its all up to prefference really and how much your willing to spend

i can spend 'bout 200 bucks,but i don't really want to spend all of that.and what 'bout razer chimaera and razer chimaera 5.1?
and which type should i get?i mean wired or wireless?(someone told me that wireless ones are not so good.)

After trying a couple of different headsets my favorite is the wireless MS brand headset.

I like the standard microsoft one that comes with the keypar. it works just fine.
